President Ho Chi Minh lived with his family in Hue during two periods: 1895-1901 and 1906-1908. It is well-known for 11 relics and vestigial places related to Ho Chi Minh’s childhood. Out of them, 4 sites were recorgnized by the State as historical-cultural vestiges are gradually restored and reconstructed for visitors. They are: Mr. Nguyen Si Do’s house at Duong No village; the communal house of the village, Phu Duong commune, Phu Vang district, 7 km from Hue City-where Mr. Nguyen Tat Thanh (name of President Ho Chi Minh when he was young) and his father lived and gave lectures to students; the house No. 112, Mai Thuc Loan road, Thuan Loc Ward-where Mr Nguyen Sinh Sac and Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan lived with their children; and the National College, Vinh Ninh Ward, Hue City-where Mr. Nguyen Tat Thanh studied in 1908.
